Jerry B. Chariton is a partner of Chariton, Schwager & Malak. Mr. Chariton received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

David E. Schwager is a partner of Chariton, Schwager & Malak.
